8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely sliced scallions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
Dash of salt
Bread of crackers
In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Spread on bread or crackers.
Yields 2 cups.
